Survey – Have your say on the quality of the public bus service in Malta

The Association for Consumer Rights Malta (ACR) is inviting the public to have their say on the quality of the public bus service in Malta by participating in a three-minute online survey at Have Your Say on the Quality of Public Transport Service in Malta .

ACR Malta will present the public’s submissions and proposals to the  relevant authorities in its bid to help bring about improvements in the bus service quality.

ACR Malta is undertaking this initiative in collaboration with the Civil Society Committee of the Malta Council for Social and Economic Development (MCESD).

  • The public transport in this country is the thing that makes me most anxious since I rely on it almost daily. I have been left stranded too many times, on the weekly. I live in Mosta, you’d think there would be a decent bus schedule but no such thing exists. I go to university and missed my first lecture as I waited on the bus stop for an hour and that was not the first time it happened. It’s a disgrace and they made it free because they’re too careless to fix it. Whether it’s raining or too hot to walk, you’re left to wait, be late, and catch a cab or have someone leave their routine to take the role of a public service.
